Bookings should be made within 1 year to get discount. In the event of booking less than agreed number of days, discount amount will be charged.
Desktop computer hire: £5 per day.
Laptop hire: £10 per laptop
Sandwich Buffet: £7.99 per person
Hot food: £10.99 per person
Tea / Coffee: £15 per serving for 15 delegates
Full Day unlimited tea/coffee £40 for 15 delegates
Surcharge: £50 flat fee for out of office hours for weekdays after 6pm and weekends. There is no surcharge when you hire our meeting rooms 8 am until 6pm Mon- Fri.

Terms and Conditions
Cancellations
If you would like to cancel the
booking please contact Meeting Room London on 0844 504 5812 or email info@meetingroomlondon.net as soon as possible.
Meeting Room London must receive your
cancellation request at least 3 weeks prior to the scheduled start date of a
training class in order to receive a full refund. If your cancellation is
received within 2 weeks, you will receive a 50% refund. If you cancel less than
1 week in advance, you will receive no refund. Cancellation terms include
transfers, absence through sickness or any other reasons.
Meeting Room London accepts no
liability for cancellations made due to adverse weather conditions or any other
reason; and as such, refunds cannot be obtained. Please note that you accept
our terms and conditions, including our cancellation policy, when you make a
booking with us.
